NÜVE is manufactured from high-quality cold-drawn silicon steel sheet. The total sheet thickness is determined by the power of the transformer to be manufactured, and the quality of the sheet, i.e., its magnetic permeability, is expressed in Gauss units.

Our company uses silicon steel sheets manufactured in Western Europe, which have high magnetic permeability. After these sheets arrive at our facility, they are approved by our quality control department before being put into production. They are cut to the project dimensions according to the transformer's power and voltage, and then these sheets undergo the core assembly process.
