COILS
This section, known as the coil or winding, consists of two main parts.
1) LV WINDING: This winding, made of copper in various sizes, is sometimes constructed from flat copper and tape windings due to technological advancements. The layered copper or aluminum material is directly connected to the LV bushings, and the transformer output voltage and power are generated in these windings.
2) HV WINDING: Depending on the transformer's power and voltage, the HV winding is wound onto the LV winding using a layered winding made of round insulated wire between 0.3 mm and 3.00 mm thick. Various insulation materials are placed between these layers to provide insulation and cooling.
Additionally, the commutator terminals exit from the appropriate points on this winding for the project, and a portion of the winding is deactivated with the help of the commutator.
